This classic ladies Raleigh was a favorite for many who visited OCBC. Purchased online and shipped to OCBC for assembly and some TLC this beauty now looks better than new with it’s Schwalbe creme Delta Cruisers which are now available for purchase at OCBC.
A great customer brought us this frame for a little go fast road build. Full DuraAce with a lovely set of Williams wheels and bars, why cut corners? Why not cut the inside lane of the corners!
Well, you know we love touring bikes. I am pure Fred, ahead of (and at the same time, behind) my time! This is a vintage, handmade ’82 TREK 720 we had nickel plated. We built a beautiful yet sturdy wheelset with a front dynamo hub to power the SON Edelux light that was later installed. A mix of some original and some new components keep the true style of this classic. We installed some lightweight Honjo fenders and finished it up with stout Tubus racks to hold the Ortleib pannier sets. Enjoy!
